View's 2018 Central Adirondack Art Show in Old Forge, NY is a long-standing tradition. This year's event was judged by Stephen Fletcher from Utica, NY. Central New York's premier art event is the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts on September 28th and 29th, 2013. This huge outdoor rain or shine event takes place when the village of Remsen, NY shuts down Main Street to make way for arts, crafts, live music, great food and falling leaves. Fine Artist Diane E. Berry of Westernville, NY will be an exhibitor at this year's Spring Migration Fesitval at the Great Swamp Conservancy. This is her first showing at this event. Diane E. Berry, Fine Artist will be one of the featured artist at this year's 32nd Annual Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts in Remsen, NY
This is a huge art event that is attended by thousands of people every year and it is held RAIN or SHINE.

The festival is an annual fall celebration attended by thousands of people in this rural predominantely Welch community. The event includes fine artists and their paintings, photography,wood carving, jewelry, birdhouses, things Adirondack, clothing, yarn goods, great musical entertainment, home made pies , lots of food and much more. Diane E. Berry was awarded an Honorable Mention certificate and ribbon at her first Rome Art Association's 51st Membership Juried Exhibit in September.
The judge for the exhibit, which drew in 68 art pieces, was Amy Bartell. Diane's winning piece was Sisters Valley, Cascades Oregon. The piece was a digital painting of the beautiful three mountains in Oregon. It is available for sale on line at www.diane-berry.artistwebsites.com or as a greeting card. The juried Sidewalk Art Exhibit held by the Rome Art and Community Center was held on August 21st. Five "Best of Show" categories were awarded prizes. Diane E. Berry, Fine Artist was awarded three of the five prizes. Her booth also won "Best Booth" of the annual RACC Arts and Crafts Festival held on the same date. Diane will be entering new works into the upcoming membership exhibit. The judge will be Amy Bartell. Opening reception for the event will be Friday, September 2, 2010 from 6-8 pm at the Gallery (308 West Bloomfield St, Rome, NY 13486). The exhibit will run from September 2- September 24th.

RACC is holding their annual festival on Saturday, August 21st from 10am-5pm on the grounds at the center at 308 West Bloomfield Street in Rome, NY 13440. MorningStar Studio and Gallery Artist Diane E. Berry will have a large booth filled with paintings,photographs and other art pieces specially priced for this event only. In addition, the artist will pay sales' tax.

Also at this event , the Sidewalk Art Exhibit will be on display and winners will be announced at 1pm. Twenty five pieces are on display. Diane has four in this juried art exhibit currently indoors until Aug 19th at the center.

This festival includes music, food, children arts and games and a wonderful selection of arts and crafts. Get that holiday shopping off to a great start and support local artisans in the process.
