The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I took this in Haiti after a medical run to an outlying island. All hand craved with machetes. I always start with a photo. Thank you for all the kind comments. Proceeds go to NEW Missions in Haiti where they are rebuilding the earthquake destroyed medical clinic.
